Split Delivery Testing & AI Agent

Meta Ads Manager serves 3.6M+ monthly users, yet high-spend advertisers had no safe way to test optimization changes before committing them to live campaigns. I defined a strategic opportunity and led design for for Split Delivery Testing, a streamlined testing workflow, plus a first-of-its-kind AI agent that handles setup automatically while keeping advertisers in control of every high-stakes decision. Working across 7 teams from concept through Alpha launch, the feature is projected to open a new testing market, +24% more advertisers running tests and generate substantial new annual revenue.

AI-Powered Creative Tools

Responsive Display Ads were a new AI-native format for Google Ads, a platform where some businesses spend hundreds of millions annually. This ad type solves a core problem: creating effective ads was expensive, slow, and essentially a guessing game. As UX design lead on a 50+ person cross-functional team, I designed the ad creation and reporting experience that let AI assemble and test asset combinations at scale, while giving advertisers the visibility and control to act on what was working. The result: 90% better performance at the same cost and an estimated $8–10 billion in new annual revenue.

AI Smart Assistant

As product designer on Intuit QuickBooks, I led a conversational AI assistant from Design Thinking workshop through customer testing and MVP handoff — grounding the design in analysis of 1,700 real customer messages and six distinct user personas. Key insights drove the final experience: users wanted short direct answers, easy escalation to a human, and — most powerfully — the ability to give QuickBooks natural language commands and have it act on their behalf. The result saved users 15 clicks on common tasks and earned reactions like "Wow, can you really do that?"

Find My Audience

Small and medium businesses were underrepresented on YouTube — not because their audiences weren't there, but because they didn't believe they were, despite 2.6 billion monthly active users. I led design sprints, architected the web application, and created all designs and prototypes for Find My Audience: a B2B tool with consumer-grade polish that made it fast and intuitive for advertisers to discover their audience on YouTube and act on it. This tool had 40+ million visits in its first year.

YouTube BrandConnect
Creator Monetization

YouTube BrandConnect is a service that connects creators to brands, so creators can monetize and brands can promote their products in a relatable way. On this project, I innovated new workflows to connect creators and brands, reducing campaign management time by 60%, as well as consumer shopping features adding about $1 million for each campaign. I also partnered seamlessly across 4 product areas, collaborating with about 100 people.
